I'm surprised Cuba's not on this list, maybe they just forgot it. Technically there is an agreement but the Castro brothers ain't turning anybody over to the Yankees.
The list azulsombra posted isn't in agreement with the map johnwu posted. The indiscrepancies interest me. For instance, the list doesn't mention Belarus or the Ukraine, while the map indicates they're fine.
