Why don't you alter your lifestyle to fit your Circadian rhythm, instead of trying to accomplish the reverse?
I naturally fall asleep around 3 a.m. and wake up around 10 a.m. Have been like this for more than a decade. I didn't bitch about it (except during school), but rather adjusted to it: got a 2nd shift job, got to the bars just as they're starting to warm up, and still have time during the day to deal with official tasks like visiting the tax office, DMV, blah blah.
