Does all that gear generated muscle translate into a lot of strength gain? I ask because I used to bench press way more than guys that were bigger than me. Well at least before I screwed up my shoulder. So I am wondering if that quick gain is all show but no practical gains other than look. Plus, is some of that just water gain?
