No diss to Phil at all. I'd do what he's doing any day over cold-approaching in Moscow nightclubs. Why not have pre-selected girls on VK lined up and waiting for you on arrival? More power to him. That said, I get the feeling that he wouldn't be killing it over there without his niche. I'm sure I recall him saying on one of his videos that he doesn't approach girls he doesn't know.
