You're skinny? Or you have a beer belly? Generally speaking it's impossible to lose fat in one targeted area, so I'd recommend just doing more fat burning diet and exercise routines to get rid of the fat. Belly fat is often the last to come off for men. When you're BF% is under 10 or so then you can start building your six-pack and you'll be able to see them.
