I don't know any bartenders so i'm kind of interested in knowing this too. I don't think a (possibly drunk) girl is gonna wait for you an hour while you mop the floor. It would be a massive DLV. She would lose her good vibe and just leave you behind.
I think these bartenders would rather collect numbers, just like most players, and set up their bangs from there. Not straight from the bar to bed.
