I was in Brussels for only one day in 2006, but I gotta say I was a bit blown away by the girls. Saw some very beautiful ones which surprised me a bit considering Belgium isn't really know for that.
Come to think of it, I've met some very nice Belgium girls (looks- and personality-wise) in my home country too.
On the whole, I very much doubt it is better than France, though. I would say French girls are probably up there amongst the most beautiful ones in the world.
