It all comes down to your game and frame. A girl will give it up for the right man every single time. If a raging slut gets a chance to date her celebrity crush and he wants to fuck and keep her around she will abide by his frame.

If your game is strong enough a slut will commit to you.
if your game is strong enough a faithful girl will come to terms with you having other women
if your game is strong enough a girl that never goes out to party will party

I wouldn't suggest using venue and night or day game as a way to filter out the type of girls your looking for when it comes to commitment. Understand what you desire in a girl and get out there and game. The only true tested way to filter girls is to experience many of them. I also don't hold it against them if I fuck on the first night since my game is geared towards that. I can't blame them for my awesomeness. Ultimately the more experience you have the more you begin to recognize trends amongst women.

Experience and game are your only true barometers.

I meet almost all of my girls through night game and I have found some quality women (as people/potential mates). People who issue blanket statements about the quality of women they meet at certain times of the day or certain locations do so because experience shows them that the things they look for in a quality woman have a low probability of being found there. Their truth may not be your truth--maybe those girls have something that another man likes in a girl.

edit: using girls insecurity as an argument as some kind of barometer as a slut is weak. All girls are insecure to at least a 4 on a scale of 1-10. Everything they do from the way they dress, to "being nice", to make up is about pushing for societal acceptance. she is probably at her peak insecurity when she finds a quality man who knows he is a quality man. especially if he checks off all her boxes for an LTR, she gives him her loyalty, and he doesnt.
