Practice holding eye contact when conversing with friends, relatives and coworkers. You will notice that most people will look away, look down, etc. Carrying that skill over to women should come easily once you gain some inner confidence and find that holding eye contact isn't that big of a deal. Once you start to get that down, you'll laugh a little inside when you see people struggling to maintain eye contact with you. When I practiced this, I noticed that the only two people who could hold eye contact with me were my two closest friends, who are both very confident and successful with women.
