Based upon my observations, I think that any good clothes make you feel more powerful and more attractive. Especially if you have a decent body.
The only thing you need to keep in mind is...what kind of women (and people in general) you want to attract?
When I was wearing my suit (I was on my way to the Uni, had a presentation to do, so I needed to look serious) with all accessories (tie, shoes, expensive Swiss watch...), I drew attention of women who obviously are looking for a walking ATM and Dildo machine. They want me...but I don't want them. Not to mention that they are older (25+, and I do not date them, unless their second name is Gates or Jobs).
On the other hand, when I wear my leather jacket (biker style) and a good pair of jeans and boots, I tend to attract younger women, which look for fun. Mostly girls who are at Uni, or even High School. I prefer that type of girls (less baggage, and better LTR prospects), so I focus on that style ( they call it "Canadian woodcutter style" here ).
What I want to say is that you can feel powerful regardless of clothing you are wearing. "Inner game" and a good psychique are the key. The only difference is with what kind of people you want to interact with (i.e girls).
I will say that I agree with this. I live in a university town though am a bit older than uni age and have found that even though my wardrobe has improved since moving here, I do not seem to have any better success with my target audience (uni age). More casual style that is well put together seems to do a better job overall. Perhaps it is because a suit makes me look "too old". Perhaps it is because the girls just want fun and so my leather jacket/boots look just looks more fun. Whatever the reason, I think if you want uni age girls, my experiences have not shown suit game to be more effective. Just my two cents.
Yeah I found I have had the same experiences. I have many many suits in my closet and have dialed it back since it seems I am getting more luck with younger girls and they prefer the "street style" better. Meaning leather jackets, snapbacks and things of that nature.
