This is South America, Love or hate. @Cogon:Independencia District is in the North, Centro de Lima is the center. Plaza Norte is a good shopping mall, outside it is an ugly place, full of 3 and 4`s, even dangerous at late night. Also the girls who go to the mall, from 4 to 6`s, they don`t live near there.
Miraflores, San isidro are good locations because You are near to the party scene, best bars, restaurants ,safer,better status,best quality of girls. Independencia is almost 1 hour without traffic(Even 2 hours with traffic) to all these places.
Almost all these "hospedajes" are love hostels.Let`s be honest, DO YOU think a cutie chick accept to bang in Independencia district or Miraflores?
Your exotic factor will be so so high in Poor places of Lima, But I don`t see your point to spend time in these places to bang 3 and 4.5`s, A peruvian 3 can bang these girls
