I don't know, man. I don't want to pull the SJW card but I think female genital circumcision (or genital mutiliation, whatever you want to call it) is a human rights violation. Then again, I also feel the same way about male circumcision, but that is a very common practice here in the west so nobody seems to bat an eye at that.
