Look...you are an educated, intelligent high-class roller (from what I read), and you are terrible with women. First off, get in line, you're like the 23432432th guy to suffer from this.
Realize that you are at step 1. You will need to go through the steps to get what you want. There is no "oh that's easy, just do this" speech coming anytime soon.
Honestly man, you are going to have to want it. It's going to have to fucking eat at you to the point where you start to do something about it. Notice I said "start" (the whole step 1 thing).
This forum is filled with a ridiculous amount of information. Start small. Start picking up some basic books to get you started.
You need to start to slowly internalize everything you are learning. You live in Vegas, this is the fucking big leagues when it comes to women and high-rollers. I'm saying, you have a the perfect battlefield to start on.
The point: You will not be great with women tomorrow. You will not be great with women next week (although depending on how you bad you get after it, maybe you will be). You are going to slowly get better with women day after day, approach after approach, rejection after rejection. But think of this.....If you are still trying to better yourself everyday, and you quit spending your time and money on lizards and tramps that use you, not only will you be financially richer, but you will be mentally richer, and overall fulfilled. This will do wonders for mandatory concepts like Frame control, abundance mentality, confidence etc. As far as practice goes? Last I heard half the human population was female
Happy hunting man.
