Yeah reminds me of how Apples'$ Board of Directors refused to kowtow the line and put more effort in diversity hiring. They get it - competence leads to a healthy bottom line. SJW bullshit leads to Twitter, which is about to go downhill.

At the Fortune 500 I used to work at, it was basically an open secret that the senior male executives would hit these "soft" quotas by hiring girls who were attractive first, and qualified a distant second.
Many of these senior male executives also had rearranged their cubicle floor plans so the girls somehow ended up closer to them.

At my former fortune 500 firms, it is well known we hired a lot of white chicks, in order to appeal to the mass media, that we were consider a modern and most important label as a diversity company:
i.e., Hiring white chicks that are total complainers and whiners is now consider diversity. Where they work in useless public relation, marketing and hr admin position.
