I hate sex with condoms, so I'm inclined to see contraception, at least in relationships, as solely the province of the woman. There are many convenient options she can take, if she honestly wants to avoid conceiving, the pill, IUDs, the shot, the patch, etc. The man has condoms and coitus interruptus, neither of which is optimal, for obvious reasons. People who say otherwise just don't give a fuck about the man's enjoyment of sex. If there were a convenient male pill, it might be different, but there isn't, so I blame the women. Sure, the men involved may be dysfunctional, but ultimately women should take responsibility.

Generally, giving women freedom without expecting them to take responsibility, and thus liability, has lead to the disastrous consequences before us. Illegitimacy, deficient character, infidelity, and so on.

Please. There have been just as many government operations that have harmed whites as there have been blacks. They aren't as widely reported because whites aren't allowed to speak up for themselves.

And things will improve for Black America, in the long run, because nuclear families will start to become the norm once the welfare programs end and the hard times begin.

Many black men and black women buck statistical trends.

This is a worthy point, and I do acknowledge it. As I said in my prior posts, there are always exceptions to the rule.

I feel bad for whoever gets stuck with obese women of any race, but a lot of this stuff seems like cultural theory rather than anything that would really relate to our own lives. Isn't the point of a forum like this that:

1. With lots of obese women, there are less thin women, and therefore less hot women.
2. With hot women getting scarcer, hot women begin to think more highly of themselves as the amount of attention they receive from men increases.
3. These hot women become harder to game and get with because of this increase in self-worth.
4. Since there are less hot women to go around, there is more competition for the left over hot women.
5. To get one of these highly sought-after, bitch-shield protected non-obese women, your game has to disarm women who are used to lots of attention from men while at the same time fending off the fierce competition of other men who want the same piece.

So I wonder, when confronted with so many fat chicks, what do we want to do?

Do we want to figure out a successful way of shaming fat chicks in society at large so that they feel compelled to slim down? How do we do this?

Or do we just say the hell with it and figure out how to game the remaining elite cadre of hot chicks better than the rest of the men out there and laugh at the guys who are stuck with the fatties?

Urban is right, blacks WON'T get reparations. Blacks waiting for reparations is like not going to school based on the remote possibility that someone will ring one's doorbell and say "Congratulations, you just won 50 million dollars."

Harping about it will not get anything done. There is no mystery about the reason blacks are in the situation they are today.

So what do you think the next productive step should be?

The point is that you are dealing with theory and I am dealing practicality. The history lessons are nice and all but just like the current USA economy, the "applied/practical" folks are the ones working. Therefore, it is time for black folks to find practical paths to better their situations.

Honestly I think Samseau is correct (I say that as a Liberal). As programs end, things will change.

I dont have much hope though in the near term so my plan is to leave. Honestly its not bad at all if you have stepped up your game. Square guys, who are still at the bottom of the barrel are really the only ones who are screwed. Everyone else seems quite happy with the situation.

Guys who can and who are doing mid to big things simple opt out or take the women who are at the top.
Those men and females at the bottom mate and procreate.
Black women who havent completely let themselves go and arent loaded with kids have enough options if they arent too picky in my opinion (typically they are too picky though).

The black community is like everything else (including America). It will rebuild when it has to to survive. It will make the right decision when it has exasperated all other options. If you end programs which allow single mothers to pay $50 in rent for a $800 house what do you think will happen?

Life is unfair, but people usually get what they deserve or put in (at least in America inmo). Losers will get losers, the goal should be not to be one, not to change the whole game....

My point wasn't that Blacks should be fighting for reparations. His response was basically get over the fact that you're oppressed, and deal with it.

I was countering that no one else in society is ever asked to do that, and used the fact that to this day Jewish people are still receiving reparations for the injustices done against them 66-78 years ago as an example.

Today, well for starters, Black people need to to completely abandon Christianity and the Democrat Party. Preachers are nothing but hustlers who are living the good life thanks to what is put in the collection plates, and in the process, they're continuing the message from the slavemasters of long ago, which was, take your oppression now, and Heaven awaits for you. And the Democrat Party has hustled them for votes, publicly displaying fake white liberalism, and privately destroying them. Many of the worst cities in this country have been led by Democrats for at least the past half century.

Second, they need come together and stop trying to get theirs individually, as if money and opportunity are scarce commodities. Jewish people don't do that, nor do Asian people. They educate themselves, and they look out for each other when it comes to real business opportunities, and they get real money, not fake rapper money, and not fake pro-athlete money, which is typically gone within a few years of their careers being over.

Ultimately, without economic empowerment, which doesn't come easily from just white employers giving them dead-end jobs, nothing will change.
