That map is dubious. I really don't agree with it: for instance I'm in Czech Republic now and they do NOT have big tits on average. They only do, sometimes, in the UK because they are so FUCKING FAT. Make them diet until they have no muffin top and they'd have an A cup.
I have cast my mind back to all the Polish girls working in London and I do agree, they have massive tits. Also, I remember now Hungarian girls being particularly stacked. And German girls.

Hungary is where I saw the biggest concentration of big tits.

No one has said it yet... But all the Romanian girls I've been with have had big tits.
Even the one that was barely 5 foot tall. has big tits for her frame.

Hungarian girls have bigger racks on average than romanians, I could see the difference when going from one place to the other. Cluj is near Hungary and there are lots of ethnic hungarians there. Girls from Transylvania do have bigger breasts than in other parts of Romania but not quite at hungarian level. Starting to sound like Greek Kamaki here
