Just finished the book yesterday thanks to YMGs suggestion. It really changed how I view money and making it. A must read for anyone on this forum.

His stuff is definitely a much read for anyone who hasn't made money on their own, or anyone who has made money on their own but scratches their head when you tell them to triple their income in 6 months. It is really hard to tell people they are doing something wrong when it has to be explained in chapters not paragraphs.

Sounds good. I've seen this book before and read some positive feedback on it. I'll get it as soon as I return from Thailand.
Another good book in the same category, specially for those looking to get into the independent location lifestyle/travelling non stop, read Chris Guillebeau's The Art of Non-Conformity. I'm reading it now and it's an excellent book. Highly recommended.

I will pick this book up eventually. I have it in my amazon wishlist. Since Borders is going out of business are there any other books you would recommend for similar info? I just got the 80/20 rule and Vagabonding.

I don't know about "similar info" since the millionaire fastlane is sort of in a class of its own.
Some other business related books I'd recommend:
-Work the System
-Riches Among the Ruins
-Sourcecontrol (Ebook, by David Walsh)
I'm very hung over. I'll get back to you with a better writeup.

Read the book and loved it. Thanks for the recommendation youngmobileglobal it was what I needed to get my business moving from "interest" to "commitment". I even filed all the regulatory papers this week!

"Think And Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill
I think that book is like the godfather of all the other books that have been listed. My Dad read it when he was 15 and said it changed his life. He also gave the book with "I read this book when I was a teenager and it changed my life. Love, Dad" inscribed on the inside cover to both my sister and I upon our 18th birthday.
TAGR is pretty much ubiquitous on 'best of' lists and I would totally recommend it to anyone trying to better oneself.

Bump.
Just about to finish The Millionaire Fastlane. Only heard it through recommendations from RooshV members. Originally was skeptical because of the title, but I cannot recommend it strongly enough. Without a doubt has changed my perspective on wealth creation and the futility of savings and being frugal.

Nice.
Yeah like a couple others here I was skeptical because of the books title, just watched one video by him on Youtube and got an awesome concept out of it. He sounds like he's got some chops. Gonna read it.
BTW, I also second "Work the System" by Sam Carpenter. Absolutely awesome.

If I have seen the video, they shot the interview a last year and it is interresting.
I have respeckt for this guy going after what he wants.
Watiching that video is not going to put a million bucks into you're bank acount but maybe encourages you to get creative and do something on you're own to get what you want financially.
If you allready know what you're doing when it comes to making Money I don't think you can benefit that much from the video, but see for you'reself
