Now that same girl, if I approach her at the bar, I have that much better of a chance, because even if 20% of the guys at the bar are better looking than me, I was one of the few who had the balls to approach. This app is based on looks alone. I may approach a girl at the bar who would deny me on the app, but I would be able to game at the bar. On this app, if a girl isn't attracted to you off the bat you don't get a chance. You don't get to show any personal traits other than what you can show in picture. Where as at a bar, or at least even on a dating site, I can come up to her and say something whitty that grabs her attention. On this app, that isn't an option.

But the whole thing is, you can't even send a message until she adds you.

After spending several months running online game on POF and OkCupid, I finally got an iPad and tried the Tinder app out last night. And, wow, the quality of women on there is remarkably higher than the online freebie dating sites, just one hot chick after another. And it makes sense: the app is more of a validation machine than a dating mechanism, a way for girls to see guys telling them they're hot without the flip side of knowing how many said no.

Time will tell if this works for me, but half of the challenge of POF/OkC is finding women actually worth the effort. For me getting to the point of the first meetup is the toughest part: from that to the bang is considerably easier. So, while this could end up being a dead end, I'm cautiously optimistic about my chances with it.

Guys, Tinder is blowing up right now. New features, and it's gaining a ton of exposure and popularity the last couple weeks. Crazy amount of girls on there, I've had 100+ matches since I restarted my account with new pics on Monday. I read an interview with the founder that said more than 70% of users are 18-24, and my experience corroborates this. I actually turned off my OKC account because my Tinder leads have been 2x stronger and hotter.

For me, the key has been this: my profile pic is me suited down. Apparently chicks loves this, as I have been getting crazy response rates. Makes sense, because me (late 20's) in a suit is always going to look better to a 19 year old college girl than some college frat bro in a backwards hat. It's just that easy.

My opener is one of Roosh's "let me guess, you are half xyz, half blah blah blah." Then just normal playful game from there. Hard to believe how many girls bite on this.

Side note: so far, Tinder girls have been 10x more reliable and normal than OKC girls. Tinder girls are not "on the dating scene" they are just curious about the app, then BAM, I swoop in, tell them they "seem pretty cool" and invite them over for drinks. Since it's not a "dating site" like OKC, they don't feel as much pressure. It's easy for them to sign up, they aren't embarrassed to be there, and it has a major cool factor going for it. Tough to beat.

I'll finish with this: if you're not on Tinder right now, you're leaving pussy on the table.

Yeah MeetMe is something I can recommend, I haven't pushed too much on it but I've gotten tons of nudes off of it, guys on it have no game so it is easy to run online game and quickly convert them to commit to real life meeting. I've got a couple of friends who have met up with tinder matches and gotten laid.

One of my friends from school spends a crazy amount of his free-time tindering and he gets about 2 meet ups a week and has banged around 10 girls he met on tinder.

I haven't tried okcupid or anything else online, but using tinder in NYC is pretty crazy...the quality of girls is very high, and I've been matched with about 50 very attractive girls from manhattan.

Out of those 50, around half have replied, and maybe 3 or 4 have been serious about meeting up. I have been a bum though and have just been chilling with girls from home/banging old notches rather than trying to setup dates with these girls.

Overall I think the girls on tinder, especially in big cities, are very good looking (for the most part), and while a lot of them are just using it to boost their ego, some of them will def meetup.

This app has raised my confidence, simply because all girls have to go on is your looks initially.
