Sure the guys made some millions but considering the position he was in with the top free dating site on the web, well before OkCupid existed, he could have done much better by getting venture capital and selling the company. Put it this way - POF took off around the same time as Facebook but the social networking explosion and web 2.0 passed it by like a Japanese bullet train.
