How to Stay Young

I see that both of my selected skin applications contain cancer causing agents.

Check this list out.

I will finish out my supply and get organic on my next go round.

Honestly, looking at my diet, what I eat, lifestyle, etc, I am sure I have been eating cancerous shit all my life.

I am wondering how high-risk skin cancer is using the traditional store bought stuff? I mean, yes, I plan on going organic, but I don't think that we should all freak out that we are currently using "bad" skin applications.

I am sure women have been putting on make up with the carcinogenic laced shit for years and haven't had a huge outbreak of skin cancer. The stuff may be bad for you but it is not cigarettes or alcohol.

I've been eating slaughter house meat, using Clearasil and other acne prevention stuff, eating MSG filled (and now vegetable oil) Chinese food, and have ate McDonalds more than I should.

Every check up I got from a doctor tells me I am in grade A health. My only weakness is my lack of flexibility.

How serious is this threat folks?

If your doc says your good I wouldn't worry to much. But most American docs are into selling drugs not preventing disease. So you could just be a potential customer. It could never hurt to change your diet to an all natural one.

When you are young its not such a big deal. But, as you get older, all these things can add up. Just be aware of what you are putting into your body. If it is bad for you, try to use it in moderation. For you, I think the mental/psychological stuff is more important, but, as you get older stay aware of your diet and fitness level also. You can't fix everything over night. One step at a time!

Well the lifetime risk of cancer in the western world for a male is around 1/3 to 1/2.

In wild animals, cancer is like a freak occurence. That's kind of how it should be. But for us its a real significant risk, and it's because of all the shit we put in/on our bodies.

Best antidote is the eating recommendations from the book "AntiCancer", combined with a paleo diet. That will slash your risk by orders of magnitude. If you eat an average american diet, your per-year risk is still not huge but its significant and gets up into the 1 in 100s and then 1 in 10's as you get older. If you eat clean, and with specific anticancer foods then you're keeping it way down throughout your life.

Isn't it true that cancer is a problem of the modern man? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think it was even around a few hundred years ago. Its a result of all this fake bullshit we put in our bodies..

Yeah it's a disease of disequilibrium. i.e. our bodies are naturally designed to cope with cancer cells and keep them in check, and problem-causing tumors should be a freak occurence. But when you're chronically inflamed, saturated with glucose, pumping yourself full of carcinogens and immuno-suppressed (i.e. most people in first world countries) it becomes much easier for it to take root.

The best secret to staying young is being a multi orgasmic man and having orgasims while not ejaculating. Women live longer than men because men ejaculate.

That's part of it, carcinogens in our environment. But the other reason is that people back then didn't live long enough to develop cancer, they'd die from other causes before.

There are many types of cancer that are totally independant of life style.

Even animals and plants can develop cancer. Just live long enough and eventually you WILL develop cancer, cancer is a part of life you have to deal with.

You're not going to escape death, no matter how much green tea you drink. And death can knock on the door any time, not just in form of cancer, there are many other deadly diseases.

Exactly. The same genes/pathways involved in DNA damage repair (from cancer causing agents) are also activated in response to aging.

Everything gets cancer, it is nothing new, we just don't die of all of the other shit we used to die from, even a few hundred years ago if you had a wound that got infected you were pretty likely to die.

Hah, man. Perfect. I started wearing glasses years ago. Forgot why.

Also, can help mitigate macular degeneration.

How much of it is genetics? I could do drugs and get drunk every day and wouldn't age at all. Some people are just lucky with a baby face.

A girl at a party guessed my age at 21 (even though I am months away from 29). So, yeah, I am sticking with my anti-aging routine, hahaha, hope I don't get skin cancer from the over the counter SPF moisturizer though. [Image: sad.gif]

Hey players...should you apply these creams to your face after shaving, daily when you get out of the shower, or when and how often? You should put it on your face before going out in the sun all day, right? I see the SPF in them.

No thank you! All of these anti-balding medications just seem to be testosterone blockers of some sort.

Lol, no. The vast majority of finasteride users do not experience any symptoms. Sexual dysfunction effects 2-3% of those who try it. And those who do feel something can generally stop using it immediately and recover. And it isn't a "testosterone" blocker.

I started using it, and it has worked for me. And right when I started using it, I was consistently super horny, beating off three times to four times a day. I don't attribute it to the drug though.

My hair hadn't receded that much, but I could tell it would get progressively worse if I did nothing. But my hair hasn't receded much since when I started, as far as I can tell, and it costs $2 a month from Target. And I still wish I had started like a year or two earlier [Image: punchballs.gif].

As for hair in general, besides transplants, finasteride and minoxidil are the only treatments proven to work, and even then, they're about keeping the hair you have. I don't use minoxidil because I'm too lazy to apply it daily, and the finasteride alone seems to work.

I recommend finasteride to anyone who wants to keep their hair. $2 a month, and you stop if you don't like it.

when it comes to look young I know what I'm talking about as I am 38 and everyone think I'm somewhere between 19 and 24...

avoid stress like hell
avoid sodas, drink water
avoid cigarettes
exercise often (run + workout)
eat clean food (avoid industrial food like prepared food or mc donalds)
do what you like to do

and the main secret is : take care of your intestines by drinking green clay with psyllium 2-3 times per day during 3 weeks once every 6 months

green clay regenerates your intestines and take care of your hair and skin...therefore when it comes to hair: you wont need propecia anymore: I'm talking about 1st hand experience

Yo pacman thanks for the tips. A close family friend growing up always told me that most diseases/health issues etc come from the intestines. Very important to keep them clean.

So what tha fuck is green clay? You drink this? Intriguing.
Do you shit yourself like a machine during those 3 weeks? Might be difficult to do for some of us

that's why you need to take 2 caps of psyllium each time you drink some, to avoid those kind of problems [Image: wink.gif]

I think everyone has totally missed the true key to youth: young women. Hanging out and sleeping with women aged from 18-25 is the best way to stay young. They are generally positive, spontaneous, fun, and make you rock hard. Nothing ages you more than being around older, bitter, workaholic old hags, especially ones in loveless marriages with kids. Banging younger women really is the fountain of youth.
