The hair is covering the ears in the better pictures, with hair pulled back the face looks bigger and the jaw looks more square.

Her pupils look pretty small, that combined with the dead stare indicate heroin/opiates in my opinion.

bright spotlights will do that too.

Not to mention LARPing being a concentration camp survivor. She even has the Polish saucer face to make it look even more authentic.

She was never hot, but she was definitely very fuckable and had that slutty, sultry look.
