Heh, we've all done it. Taken the easy route. I probably would have gone for the meet, because if a girl is of a certain level of beauty and youthfulness, I get inspired by it and it (sometimes) brings out the best in me. Other times I get more nervous and screw things up. It all depends. One thing that I've gotten worse at over the years is being stingy in how much money spent and forced alcohol consumption I am willing to put up with. Honestly, I think your gauge is broken. This thread has been interesting reading and I can't hate on the level of debauchery, but this doesn't sound like the behaviour of a Bangkok "8 or 9" in the slightest.
