The whole 'Take Half' doesn't fly when you can afford a high-end lawyer and were only married less than 18 months with no children. She'll still end up with enough to never need to work another day in her life. That's assuming she has half a brain, which according to accounts, she does.

Meanwhile, Depp just parks up on some tropical beach to recharge while his lawyer attends court for him.
