Canned tuna and Mercury

There is more bullshit like lead in your drinking water. The mercury in tuna is very minimal and yes it does compound over time my personal view is that the health benefits of the lifestyle you go after and tuna outweigh the risks.

The biggest risk from eating canned Tuna IMO is from the lining of the can its self, which contains bisphenol a, which is bad news to Male health.

Fluoride in drinking water is much more serious to your health, the concentrations are a tad higher and you ingest it multiple times daily.

To the one poster above whom brought up Autism - the Autism debate is sketch. Nobody wants to hawk at 44 year old women whom blast them sevles full of fertility drugs that thier age may have contributing factors to the rise in Autism.

Nobody also wants to point the finger at Big Pharma for blasting up to 19 needles in newborn babies to protect them from everything from measles to paper-cuts with these vaccines having high levels of toxic minerals (thiomersal) to act as stabilizers. I think the comparason was that when I was born I recived about 3 shots - I am perfectly healthy - a newborn today gets something like 15-19.

Quick story: My homie didn't want his kid getting those shots other then the standard 3-5. He protested and was EVENTUALLY ESCORTED AND DETAINED BY HOSPITAL SECRUITY. They said the decsion was ultimately up to the mother, as she laid half drugged and half awake she told everybody to calm down and to give the babies the shots. This was all the while as the nurses were feeding her bullshit that the kid would die if it didn't get the needles, my homie called B.S. on it all stated he has evrey right in deciding his daughters health just as much as the mother, thats when the Nurse barked for security and they threw him out.

If you're eating fish like that then you need to hit up these guys:

Get at me if they give you shit about being wholesale only.

They sell some of my fish. I know we just dropped off about a 3/4 ton of kajiki and maybe half that of opah. It's good fresh stuff. Lots of it is straight out of the Kauai Channel. And, it's only 5 parts per billion mercury!

Aloha!

Thanks Kona!
