Does this one smell like a false rape charge? Sure does...

See:

Lizard walks into the 13th Precinct in NYC -- with her sister (a cockblocking scenario, yes?) -- on TUESDAY to claim that this local NYC anchorman assaulted her.

Problem? This alleged assault occurred LAST OCTOBER!!

Quote:Quote:

The woman told the police she met Kelly on the street, and the two had drinks together on Oct. 8, the paper reported. They then moved on to her office at a Lower Manhattan law firm. According to the Times, the woman told the cops that the rape occurred at the office. The two continued to keep in touch by phone and text message after the encounter.

How many REAL rape victims do you know keep friendly (I'm assuming) contact with their rapists afterwards? Yeah, none. Exactly.

Regret is not rape.

There was also a boyfriend involved, and she did this in part not to seem slutty. Soon as I saw this, I knew what was going on.

"Sources tell NBC New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly was approached by an unknown individual at a public event who told him that his son had “ruined my girlfriend’s life.”

I noticed that on my second reading. Something about that makes me believe her more.

May I ask you why that fact someone accosted the commissioner makes you believe the alleged victim more?

+1. Translation: "I couldn't admit to my boyfriend that we had hot consensual sex and not lose all credibility, so I had to tell him I got raped."

"The two continued to keep in touch by phone and text message after the encounter." Expect these to exonerate him. Then again, I don't see why she would file if their communications probably exonerate him. Could just be a stupid, manipulative girl.

Edit: Looks like the case is in the hands of Captain Save A Ho Cyrus Vance, the same shady shark who mounted perhaps the grandest white knighting campaign on behalf of a liar and criminal, against Dominique Strauss Kahn. When one of his prosecutors mounted a protest against charging DSK given the shady character of the accuser, the prosecutor, Lisa Friel, was forced out.

Sure sounds like it. This should be interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of false rape accusations have to do with girls regretting cheating on their boyfriends / husbands.

Not speaking from my experience but speculation: Seems like a good idea to have a nice catalogue of texts before and after sex to deter something like this from happening. Sexting might even work in your favor.

With a sane justice system, flirty texts post-sex would be grounds for immediate dismissal of the case, and even the beginning of false accusation proceedings, but I can see the trial going through even if those texts turn up.

I always send post-sex texts. I screen cap the girl's reply.

When I hear about guys who bolt out after a ONS, I cringe.

Take the girl to breakfast. Be seen in public with her.

Consider it very cheap false date rape charges insurance.

Excellent advice! Not only does it help demonstrate that you have a positive relationship with her afterwards, she is less likely to feel like a complete whore/slut and throw some false charges against you.

I don't know. Call it a bad feeling. Something about that particular bit smells off to me.

It ruined his little white knight life because he just found out his 'princess' is a whore, so now he's projecting and she's playing along so she can stay in the comfort of her beta provider.

Best guess.

Also - speaking from experience in my former life.

Some updates: The boyfriend nudged the girl to accuse him of rape, after she got pregnant and then aborted.

A description:

Quote:Quote:

The rugged, 48-year-old has made a living as bartender, teacher, photographer and even beekeeper.
He is a rugby player whose amateur team plays hard and parties harder. They proudly take responsibility for single-handedly ending a famous restaurant chain’s all-you-can-drink policy. ...

Along with a circle of athletic buddies that include a hedge fund analyst and a reality show contestant, he set two world records last year.

He was also one of the 200 fastest runners in last year’s New York City Marathon.

According to a 2009 interview, he is an expert sailor who once set off on a two-year solo trip around the world. He ran a beach bar on a remote Pacific island and relishes telling of the time he fought off a shark while diving.

Just goes to show that leading a full life doesn't stop you from being a total white knight. White knights like these are way more dangerous than guys who just suck at getting laid.

Then again, the funniest part is, this guy, the boyfriend, won't probably won't suffer any repercussions. Maybe it's his whole grand scheme to get back at the bitch for cheating --> either Kelly gets charged, or the ho gets charged for false charges. Either way, both get their name dragged through the mud. Doubt it though, he seemed to actually take the ho's side.

Props to anyone who can sleuth down the name.

Wow. I never saw that coming. Well, the guy was probably madly in love with her, so when he found out she'd had a ONS and gotten pregnant with another guy it dawned on him that she was a slut, and the whole debacle was an attempt for him rationalize away her sluttiness by calling it rape.

Either that, or he planned the whole thing. Which would make him some kind of sociopath.

Name is pretty easy to find, but no one's posted it anywhere on the net, far as I can tell. Is it dangerous to post it? The boyfriend's, that is.

There was an interesting thread on Reddit today about this case (although it applies to all rape cases)

http://www.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/commen...pe_get_to/

Basically why is it that when someone is accused of rape their name is public record, but the woman's name is hidden? False rape allegations are basically still a guilty charge in public opinion. The accuseds name should be withheld until a ruling is made in the case
