So this may well be an odd one but here are some things I never really understood until very recently. This may be completely obvious and old news to many but if it is not read on.
Every thing you conciously do has its roots in the subconcious. When you feel good and are chatting up girls with confidence your subconcious is helping to do that. Another day when you struggle and things feel awkward thats you subconcious puting a brake on what you want. Ultimately a million subtle projections that you don't even know that you send out to the world are controlled by things it would appear you cannot control. Many people have realised that going to the gym makes you feel good, people talk about endorphins etc but what some fail to realise is that training hard and increasing weights tells your subconsious that you are a strong powerful man. Once you tell your subconcious that you act like it and begin to project that to people around you. Muscles are merely a side benefit, the positive dialog you tell your subconcious is worth more than physical appearance.
With girls if you spend too much time remembering the anxious awkward appraoches you will convice yourself that you are that anxious awkward guy if you deleted those from your mind and focus on the days when you were on fire then you will convince yourself that you are that suave cool guy that bitches love.
Too many people have listened to negative opinions about themselves so that it subconciously effects everything about them. Top sports stars KNOW that they are the best, they have massive arrogance that is hidden out of manners but I can primise you that Tiger in his prime KNEW he would win even though he hit some of the worst drives on the PGA tour.
The trouble here is how do you control your subconcious, if you have spent a lifetime with a negative undercurrent, or you are a perfectionist and are never happy with what you ahve done then very simply you have to tell yourself what you are good at. Sad as it sounds write affirmations and read them every day, I wont tell you the best way to do this but google it and see.
Now for the doubters the evidence. I love golf I play alot but failed to ever be any good I can hit sweet 300 yard drives and delicate chips but never seemed to put good rounds together, it seemd like all the technical skill I gathered from the driving range never transposed to the course. I decided then to by a book about golf physcology by a man called Bob Rottela. Without repeating the whole book it would appear that you play to the level you have convinced yourself subconcious is at, the first day after that book I could play golf I beat my handicap by 14 shots and was so relentless that my opponents lost the will to play, I destroyed them.
Does this seem a bit silly, abit too l much ike looking in the mirror and telling yourself that you are somebody, probably , but does it work, yes I am living proof.

Golf is great; its a great way to really find some center and learn how to keep it stoic, what's better than getting a few buddies, going out on a nice day and clubbing it up while downing a few drinks and smoking a few spliffs?

I'm not that good (my handicap is that I suck at golf), but I don't care, I have fun.
