I know that some posters here are into hypnosis and NLP. So, do you think there's any truth in this?

I posted this on a different forum, and predictably, I received responses about how I shouldn't have a complex about my alleged shortness, and whatnot, so let me make this clear right off the bat: I am not short. But it wouldn't hurt to be a few centimeters taller.

Most you can do to increase your height if your under 21 and male is sleep a lot, eat foods and do exercises that stimulate growth hormone production, and lots of spine stretches.
