I've been living in Koln (Cologne if you're a yank) for 3 months so far. I expect to stay here 2-3 years.

Thus far, I am NOT impressed things here. However, you have to consider the fact that before Koln, I was living in Hong Kong, Bangkok, and The Philippines. So coming back to "society", especially a German one (I'm American by birth) after 6 years in SE Asia was a serious shock. Filipinas and Thais behave basically as 13 year olds, regardless of their age. Game accordingly. Now throwing me in the middle of serious German girls, I feel all fucked up.

I mostly agree with Ronnies assessment. I too find the women to be fairly cold and humorless. Light teasing definitely does not seem to work. They seem to take it literally, the way a school age kid would in the States. I remember the 1st (and only) Frauline I teased. She sent me an SMS involving 'germans' and 'nice' and I was able to send a clever reply (or so I thought it was...) of something like "Yeah, but German people aren't nice". Poof, that was it. Never heard from her again. And I was totally kidding. Wonder if it would have been any different if I had put a at the end of it?

However, there definitely are a ton of good looking women here, especially if you don't mind a bigger gal and a little bit of a ButHerFace. But seriously, when you're 69ing, do you even CARE if she has a face at all? I don't. German women tend to be pretty thick when it comes to the booty/legs department and so IMO it's definitely an Assmans country.

I'm a WASP (as white as they come) and thus haven't experienced any coldness due to color. I also haven't experienced any of the anti-american thing. But again, I've only been here 2 months so far. When living in Bangkok, the only really obvious anti-american encounter I had was with 2 Austrian guys in Kao San Road. When living in Hong Kong, the only one I had was with an older German guy at a bar in the mid levels. But thus far in Cologne, haven't received any anti american hating.

AmericaninEurope has some very good points too. Learning German DEFINITELY increases your odds. Anyone who says otherwise is FOS and/or has never been here. However, I fully understand laziness with respect to learning a new language and if you're only here 2 months, honestly I wouldn't bother. Hell, I'll be here years and I have yet to learn more than like 5 words of German (my job doesn't require it).

I'd like to hear some of Ronnie's recommendations for these Polish/Russian clubs in Cologne. I haven't found any yet, care to share?

Enjoy your time in Germany even if you don't get laid. Its a good place to visit.

I'm not talking about how you will be perceived from horny club girls, I'm talking about general behavior towards you. As an Ausländer (foreigner) you will simply be seen as someone who is trying to leech of their system. No matter how much more taxes you pay than them. Which has led me to leave Switzerland after all these years. It's not even about you getting their women, you are simply automatically seen as inferior. Again, this only applies if you're going to be residing here. Being a tourist is def a DHV.

And about the Indian thing.. they're not rare, especially in Germany. But I have an Indian friend that dresses well and has tons of game. He kills it in EE, Sweden and Germany. The general thing with Indians though is that they are super weird to hang out with and have no game (sorry, but that's just a cultural thing from what I've been told by my buddy). Just be the first cool Indian guy they ever talk to in their lifes and talk to them about Kamasutra or some other tantric stuff, they love it and its a great sexualization routine.

In Switzerland I can see that thought process even in bigger towns. The ones here flaunting money or being loud are the new rich Russians that settled down around Zurich and Zug. But I do get bad looks when I'm visiting the town (only 10k+ inhabitants) I grew up in. Being a foreigner, owning my own business, saying whatever I want, traveling the world, paying more taxes than them all while driving an expensive car seems too much for them to handle.

It's a great place to have a business in. Low taxes, high work morale, peon workers but it's not a place to live in. I'd avoid Switzerland completely. $10 for a shitty sandwich is just one example about how expensive everything here is. At least in Scandinavia you get all the hot and approachable women.

Not sure about Austria, I haven't been to the bigger cities there yet. Going to Hamburg in a few weeks and will report back.

It's unfortunate, but it is what it is. Deal with it. Going around the hip hop circuit is one way to deal with it, but that was never my style. Pretending it's not there is another way, but as soon as you find that person you really like and they hurt your little feelings by telling you they don't mess with blacks/asians/latins/whites/whatever, it's hard to ignore. I find that most Germans are not so dense and bigoted as to not recognize game/wealth/status/friendliness. If you're a hard working dude you can transcend all but the most bigoted people in Germany. Honestly I probably wouldn't have received as much racist resistance as I did had I learned how to speak the language. German born blacks have it much easier. But Germans are not the most patient people, and will regularly yell and scream at foreign people for not understanding German, even when you just want to practice with them. If I could have learned to deal with that and plow through anyway, learn the language better, those same people would have probably given me a chance. But knowing myself, I'm not the type of dude who will let someone in my life after showing their ass the first time.

They've been saying what I highlighted in bold about everywhere in Europe. Roosh heard it about Denmark, Poland and probably the Baltics too. Is there any truth in it? If there was he would be nowhere as successful as he was. It's fear mongering. Hell, look at his last tweet about the Estonian girl he fucked. It doesn't fucking matter as long you're game is tight. I'm a minority and I've gamed enough German (tourist) girls to know that they are real friendly, hell friendlier then the local girls here. And almost all of them were Bavarians who are supposed to be the most conservative of all Germans.

It all depends on what country you're in. The EU is a really diverse community mentally and physically. I've been to Estonia and did feel a tinge of racism there. I can still pull, but my white friends could pull much easier. In Latvia, it was all mine. From what I've seen, it's basically local Euro dudes who are the biggest culprit in spreading the propaganda about not fucking with foreign dudes out of hate and jealousy. Some Euro girls are like "get out my face with that bullshit" while others really believe in racial purity or that every foreigner will ultimately leave them and go back to their home country. But Euro dudes got no problems going after my black 18 year old sister when she comes to visit me in Europe. Fucking hypocrites man.

And you should really be careful not to mix foreign traveled German girls in with local ones. I think I've said this before, but German girls you see in a foreign country or who have spent an extended amount of time in a foreign country are a different breed than the ones back home. Same as American girls that travel. DO NOT think that they're all like that. Granted, yes German girls on average are a lot less bitchy than US girls. But friendly is one thing local Germans are not. No but actually German guys are awesome in that they really aren't many players there and most of them are good standup guys who will be friends for life and are usually good husbands/fathers. I feel your pain bro. I came to Germany straight from Japan (many years ago) and Asia is the absolute worst place to transition from when moving to DE. German people are cold and humorless. It's true. Plow through it. I know the feeling, pretty much going from Asia where you provide endless emotional cuteness and high energy friendliness until you get them to your place, to the intellectual frankness and directness that German girls respond to. German girls do like to laugh, but few initiate it. You may have to play cocky funny and sexual with them to get them on your side. German girls have been stiff and cold for a long time, as it's expected in public. It has something to do with the Bismark era and the "German Identity" of not showing your emotions in public. You're dealing with an aristocratic stuck-upness that few white Americans have ever had to deal with. Honestly, what you're experiencing closely parallels what a black guy experiences when gaming white chicks in the snobby Northeast of America. Again, I think it's just a directness they have. They def. don't have a sense of humor and cannot laugh at themselves at all. Self depricating humor is non-existant in Germany. They take themselves very serious. I had a hard time dealing with that recently, and found myself going to England and Netherlands to get away from that. It started to affect and scew with my thinking a bit, as being different or energetic comes across as acting like a clown sometimes, so in order to blend in you kind of fall in line and act like everyone else. But once again, you can learn to use your disadvantage (being foreign) as an advantage. I find the few successful German player dudes I've seen stand out because they have this kind of live and let live mentality. To me, they were kinda just acting like British guys, and that was tremendously refreshing for the frauleins. In a culture focused on always being right, these guys didn't care about being right or wrong. They were just cool, living in the moment. This is a STARCK contrast to the rest of the German guys, and if you can find a way to come off as funny or genuinely laid back then girls will respond to that.

The sense of humor is there, it's just a little dark and just German. I don't know, it's just different. German chicks are really down to earth though, so don't confuse there being reserved as stuck up. Just the whole talking to strangers thing is really really taboo there. I guess my posts have been a bit misunderstood, so I´ll try to put things straight here.

If you are Eastern European your chances of getting laid in Germany are close to zero. Germans think that they are superior to Eastern Europeans and as you know, if a chick thinks she is superior to you, she will never fuck with you.
A friend of mine is Eastern European, I personally heard numerous times german chicks saying to him they would NEVER fuck an eastern european. I fucking heard it with my own ears. The Germans ARE racist, believe me. They especially don´t like Eastern Europeans (here are Russians at the very top) and Middle Easterners (here are Turks Nr 1 on the hate list). They also resent Jews strongly, though the majority of Germans don´t dare to show it openly due to their horrible SS - history.

BUT - if you are a WESTERN TOURIST, you will do ok if you are willing to put in A LOT OF ENERGY AND TIME in the gaming. The german women are in their core very conservative and reserved. They don´t like the american style teasing game. They don´t understand it and think that you want to insult them. I strongly advise not to tease much.

Some guys here are definitely exeggerating the supposed fondness of german chicks for black guys. I live in Germany for almost 2 decades now and saw only a couple of times young german chicks with black guys. They definitely prefer western european guys. And you know why? Because the german culture is an EXTREMLY CONFORMIST / HOMOGENEOUS CULTURE and it is much more conformist to show up with an european dude then to present a black guy who barely speaks German to her friends Heike, Hans and Monika who have german / european boyfriends. Ugly and old german milfs on the other hand definitely have a thing for black guys because no german wants to fuck them. Again, of course you can land a german chick if you are black, if you game accordingly and put in a lot of work.

If you speak German, of course your chances of getting laid will become slightly better. BUT - if you only speak a couple of broken sentences in German with a thick american accent then it would be definitely better to just stick to English.

What I am trying to say is that, though you can get laid being a WESTERN TOURIST, overall Germany is not worth it / wrong country for gaming. It is very conservative, very boring, with very homogeneous, reserved people and cold, bland and hard women. If you HAVE to work / live there, by all means, try to game the german chicks. Ronnie is right. I've lived in Germanic countries for 18 years and I can vouch for this. I'm not saying don't come over here.. but don't expect them to go crazy over a black dude. If you want easy lays as a black dude, go to Sweden. Perfect English, they don't expect you to speak their language and much more open. Germans are obsessed with their Language and honestly, I'd not even think of gaming chicks in broken German. It'll just be DLV. Start learning German once you have some girls on lock down.

And yes, expect the average German chick to have weird looks from her family at home if she brings home a black dude. Sad but true. I actually enjoy the way German girls interact in person. From my experience, they would be better LTR material than most American chicks. First off, Jante Law is Scandinavian/Nordic, not German.

Germans are much more individualistic than Scandinavians, however, they are not like Americans either, i.e. you can talk about your success and show your status but don't be too boastful, understatement is key. In the US, showing off is almost mandatory to get noticed, in Germany, you have to tone it down but you don't need to be a boring fuck like in Denmark to be liked by the girls.

Scandinavia is really extreme in the sense that people almost lose their individual identity because everyone is afraid to stick out, to be different. I know a lot of Germans who have left Scandinavia because they couldn't cope with this mentality.


Also, I think for a "white foreigner", Germany is not the best place to get laid but it could be a matter of perspective. 95% of the girls I know from university don't go out to meet new people or to get picked up, they are not interested in meeting random dudes in a club. They are too serious to be easily gamed and they don't get pissed like Bristish or Scandinavian girls either so it's not that easy.

First of all, prejudice against Eastern Europeans and Turks exists all over Europe and isn't necessarily worse in Germany than other countries.

Second, I know most of the audience on this board isn't EE or Turkish, so why do you even bring that up?

Lastly, there are exceptions to every rule. So even if you are EE or Turkish, you could still probably find a way to bang a German girl. Sure not every German girl would do it..just like not every girl would bang a black guy.

Bottom line: Germany is full of hot chicks who like to bang. If you can't get laid here, then you probably need to work on your game.

I don't know guys, Germany does have its share of cold bitches, a lot of which would rather be with white guys, but from my years of living there I've never seen Germans outright attack a black dude even when he's fucking "their" women or something like that. But I think he's wrong about blacks, as the hate for blacks specifically isn't so apparent except in Bavaria, Saxony and Thuringen. Everywhere else as a black dude, you should be fine. German's, being so direct, have no filter in what they say. This use to piss me off and it took me a while to get use to them talking to bluntly about black people and how you're different, but they talk that way to everybody. It's kinda unfiltered, and may sometime come off as rude, insensitive or racist. But from what I've seen, most younger German guys in the western part of the country are 100% cool and will generally be more curious about you than anything. I'm a black American and I've been all over that country, before and after I could speak German. Trust me, if you stick to the areas I discuss you should be fine.

Coming from a guy who socializes with and goes to school with the sons and daughters of CEO's, top tier lawyers and surgeons, it has always been my experience and impression that the more educated people higher up on the social hierarchy are the least prejudiced and least racist in any society. As a minority myself, I've always the found the hate comes is strongest among the working class and not at the top. I think this is so because they're afraid that immigrants will steal their jobs.

One last comment: Hipster girls. Never met a hipster girl from any country who wouldn't date interracially. I think it's some sort of badge of honour for them. Don't quite get it myself.

Turks are kind of like the blacks of Germany, with the exception that blacks have been in America pretty much since the beginning, while Turks just came to Germany en masse about 40 years ago. It's ironic too because we as black Americans have so much in common with Turks yet they fucking hate us with a passion lol. For a lot of the younger ones, their parents worked on the cheap in Germany for years and kinda earned the right to stay here. They never learned German so their kids have to handle all their affairs. The kids grow up being called all kinds of names, beat up, put in what amounts to ghettos in the shifty side of town, and have learned to stick to their own and form a kind of subculture within German society, the way black Americans did way back when. Turks are some hard muthafuckers as they kinda have to be, knowing only hostility a lot of the times, covertly and obviously, from German administrators and Police.

But on the flipside, a lot of Turks have ONS's with German girls, but they end up marrying a Turkish woman. They fuck the German chicks and leave them behind because religious and family pressure forbids them to actually marry a German girl. Mix that in with the first generation Turks that've been there for 30 years and still don't speak German, the unofficial boost to the Turkish economy in the form of German born Turkish holding two passports pumping Euros into Turkey from their German jobs instead of back into Germany, the free social system they're living off of at the expense of others, and you can see a little how some lazy and short sighted Germans can be a little peeved at Turks. It's not just outright hate for no reason.

Both sides have valid points. It's kind of a pressure cooker at this point.
