Was watching the Seinfeld episode where George gets mistaken as a boyfriend of a hot woman.

Would the opposite of this work where, as a guy you tap on a girl from behind and then say "[girlname] oh I'm sorry I was supposed to meet my girlfriend [girlname] here, she looks just like you........I'm so sorry.....in fact you look thinner/younger/taller/"

I have watched every Seinfeld multiple times over since it was on the air. What I would hone in on is not what George says, or Elaine, but how Jerry talks and relates to women.
