X-Mas & NYE in Colombia, but where?

Hi fellows, I have decided that I will stick to my plan and go to Colombia by the mid of December and stay until 3/4 of January.

From what I have understood I would have to go to Barranquilla or Cali for the biggest booties, right?

I would personally choose Barranquilla over Cali since I am not a Salza dancer and women there should also have a nicer personality and better to approach + girls are in general bigger there (Caribbean influence) than everywhere else in Columbia, did I get that right so far?

Now I am wondering what happen in these cities during X-Mas and New Year's Eve. Which city would be the best during this time period? I am assuming Barranquilla is not a bad choice since its a coast / vacation city almost like Cartenegra? ...And therefore there should be plenty of woman, maybe even more than at any other time,or am I wrong?

So let's brake it down like this:

Is it worth to visit Colombia between the holidays or is everything shout down?

And more specific, what is going on between X-Mas and NYE in:
- Barranquilla
- Medelin
- Cali
- Bogota
- Cartenegra

Any opinions from someone who spent the end of the year in these cities?

As I've written in other threads, stay from Colombia completely New Years Eve, it is a family holiday and all restaurants/nightclubs/bars shutdown on 12.31.20xx

Id think your best bet would be Cartagena (due to all the tourists) and Bogota (due to its size and nightlife options)

Dash, I've spent the last 4 NYE's in Bogota because of family and the streets are empty after 1am. There's a good party at Andre Carne de Res but it ends early and everyone spends time with their family. Listen to Mixx.

Nothing beats the Feria de Cali December 25 -30....it is one huge party. Actually I like to spend the whole month of December in Cali.....the only down side it that traffic is bad because of the influx of people from the surrounding areas.

I'm not a great salsa dancer and just skip dancing when the faster salsa music comes on....anybody can dance to reggaton electronica and merengue . Just go to a cross over club that plays a mix of music.

Mixx is right about New Years Eve.....It is about as happening as the US on Christmas Eve.
