Sense of humor is highly subjective but my list consist of places I've traveled and girls I've met from the following countries:

1. Australia
2. US
3. UK
4. Denmark/Sweden
5. Dominican Republic

My criteria would be girls that can tell a joke but also laugh constantly at jokes and/or humorous conversation.

Yes US that's one of the things they rank on top. Downunder and UK - maybe when they're dead drunk (which is most of the time, soooo, maybe they qualify in the bottom line).
