I'd sleep more if I could but I'm terrible at it. Do not sleep well and haven't for as long as I remember, just get a few hours of broken sleep a night.
I haven't taken any ACV for a couple of days. Need to get some OJ or something to mix it with as I can't drink it straight or with water. Will possibly soldier on.

I'm overstimulated all day long with my work. I like it dead silent when I sleep. My bedroom is like a tomb. I can vouch for the melatonin. Works like a charm for me.

Smoke a little bit of weed to help you sleep.

It won't work if you never sleep properly. Try and maybe take some melatonin. What do you eat before sleep? What's your dinner like? Do you sleep with the tv on or off? Radio on or off? Is your room dark? Do you live in an area with a lot of row i.e council estates?
All this can impact sleep. three hours a sleep on average, I'm surprised you are not a raving lunatic, I would go nutz if I couldn't make up that amount.
I've tried melatonin and just about everything else to help sleep. I eat nothing before I sleep, don't have any caffiene at all, eat healthy, sleep in silence and pitch black in a quiet area, no noise outside.

You need to see your doctor and a sleep specialist. Probably gonna tell you that you need more exercise.
Start doing some weights a few times a week followed by a nice healthy meal with lotsa protein and greens.
Probably the best deep sleep I ever had came right after an hour long swim in the ice cold ocean.
Sleep is recovery mode for your mind and body.

I've been to a doctor several times, they aren't interested. I deal with it and I'm used to it.

I wouldn't know what 7hrs of sleep felt like. I can sleep for a maximum of 4hrs solidly before waking up, I can get back to sleep but it's broken sleep from there on in. Can literally wake up 20+ times a night.

I had a light breakfast the other morning. Just a hard boiled egg and a coffee followed by an apple on my drive to work. I did a shot of ACV before I left.
By the time lunch came around I was all mentally drained and out of focus. I took two bites of my sandwich and a mouthful of mountain dew and I felt an instant spike.
I was instantly wide awake and super focused. Felt like an adrenaline rush.
You gotta watch this stuff. From what I read it causes drastic drops in blood sugar. Vary your doseage til you find the right amount and always try to take it with a meal.

Reporting back after being on Braggs ACV:
- Definitely have more energy
- No acne breakouts
- Solid dumps
- Erections in the AM, desire to violate pussies heightened
I am definitely mixing than 2 tablespoons in water, more like 4-5 tablespoons. Drinking it after dinner every. This thing is working for me.

I've been taking it in the AM after breakfast. Not religiously everyday but I do find it smooths things out digestion wise. As far as energy I haven't pay much attention but I have been using caffeine pills less, actually I haven't touched Caffeine pills unless its prior to the gym. I can stay up all night to study quite easily.
@BostonBMV - the face thing is important. I've read that your face is a tell tale sign for whats going on inside. If your skin is clearing up your insides are getting to be in top notch - low stress forum.
Right now I am on this eternal routine. 2/3 I owe to this forum for putting me on.
1. Bee Pollen ( 2-3 Tablespoons daily)
2. Fish oil caps (3 caps daily)
3. AVC ( 2 Tablespoons - almost daily)
4. Got off Rice milk and now fucking with Almond milk for its high Vitamin E content.

Kosko, good looks.
Can you break down what each of the items on your routine is doing for your health? I'd like to see what can be incorporated in my routine.

Started taking 2 tbsps of apple cider vinegar daily a week ago. So far I have noticed:
-Quick burst of alertness/energy right after I take it in the morning
-Not as tired in the afternoon post lunch (not wide awake, but just not fighting not to doze off)
-Clearer skin. I had some acne on my face when I started a week ago. The acne has since healed and no new acne has surfaced.

I completely forget to get back on this stuff. I've been on a healthy detox this week where I've cut out wheat, gluten, dairy, processed sugars, caffiene, high fats, added salt and most 'bad' carbs so forgot to add AVC into the mix. Going to continue with the eating plan, add AVC into the mix as well as some brain supplements.

My bottle of Bragg's ACV is almost empty and I can't say I've really noticed a significant change in my body....

I wonder if this is a mental thing. I didn't sip my ACV for about a week and my face broke out and I didn't have as much energy. I started back up a few days ago and my pimples went away and I feel refreshed.

I've only been taking 1 ACV tablet daily. 3x daily took a toll on my tea towel holder. Can't tell a difference as I've started working out, and taking protein, amino collagens, creatine, and amino acids. I ordered a bottle of Braggs. Also read somewhere that the ACV can decay tooth enamel, so it may be beneficial to dilute, or brush/gargle after each use.
