the tl;dr version is that the girl just wants fun and guys are way too persistent.

I personally think she's full of shit, she wouldn't let him in her house if she had no desire, however small it may be, to fuck him. The guy would have had to get to some level of attraction for her to even let him get that close to her.
This also brings up another question, Have you ever been in a situation where it seems a woman just caved in to persistence and had "fine just get it over with" sex?
I personally have been there once, a girl called me over late at night, we were FWB. I was drunk she was sober. I start trying to initiate and she stops me, I am persistent. She tells me she can't because she likes some other guy and hes amazing etc. I ask her if hes made a move, he hasn't I make fun of him for being a beta wimp. I try again, she gets pissed and tells me I can stay there but should stop trying to 'rape' her. I retort by making a mention of the sexual assault posters on campus "got consent" and one thing negating 'yes' is if they're under the influence so I jokingly tell her shes the one raping me. Shit goes downhill. I get out of there right quick.
