Yeah so I'm in a bit of a dilemma.....

There is this chick that I work with. I've actually worked with her for a while but I really didn't get a chance to talk to her up until a few months ago at a staff meeting. Now she seemed really cool and I THOUGHT that there was a bit of an attraction between her and I. She was touching me on my arm and leg, playing with her hair while talking to me and she gave me a hug before I left. In fact she invited me out for a couple drinks with the rest of the crew but I had a prior engagement after the staff meeting so I couldn't go. Instead I invited her out to a friend's party and asked for her number. She said that she wanted to come and to give her a call later with all the specifics.

Anyway, I call her a couple days later and we talked for a few minutes. Just small chat but I got an important call on the other line and she said "go ahead and take it but can we talk tommorow?". I said yeah. I didn't get a chance to call her the next day and the next time I saw her at work she said in a really bitchy tone "OH! Look who it is!?".

Anyway, she got really bitchy with me and at that point I was like "fuck it". A couple weeks later at a staff party I ran into her and talked to her about it. Told her that I'm sorry if I made her feel uncomfortable and if I got her in shit with any boyfriend she had...my bad. So we smoothed things over in that regard. I just got the wrong idea like all of us guys have gotten in the past from chicks.

Whew!...........that's the background on the situation....now to the meat of it!


This bitch has been cockblockin' me left, right and center!

I'm a bouncer at the club. She's a cocktail waitress. So I see a lot of women while I am working and very rarely do I work game on chicks partying at the club.

NOW....there have been a few instances where I have met a decent girl hanging out at the club and we get to talking and what not. And right before the critical moment of me asking for her digits....the cocktail waitress comes by and cock blocks it for me. The first time I thought it was legit but the following times I clued in.

The first time.....she taps me on the shoulder and tells me that a group of girls have been cut off and have to leave.

The second time (when I started to get suspicous) she told me that she smelled weed burnin' from the mens room. NOBODY WAS IN THERE!!!

The third time ....... I'm talking to a chick, a fight breaks out on the dance floor, I abrubtly leave the conversation and start breaking up the fight. I find out after that the girl I was talking to gave my number to the cocktail waitress to give to me after I was done bouncing the guys outta the club. Now what did the bartender see the cocktail waitress doing? SHE RIPPED UP THE CHICKS NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why the fuck does she even care?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??

Like she told me she didn't like me in that way so why is she fuckin' up my chances of scoring a date with some other chick?????

Dude, when you failed to call her back when you told her you would she took it as a blow off. Regardless of wether or not she had a boyfriend she was obviously flirting with you at the meeting. She said what she had to say to save face and obviously now she's pissed cause she still wants you. Either talk with her about it or call her bluff.

A fairly typical case of female jealousy. Maybe she doesn't even want you but she would do it out of spite and need for attention. I had ex-girlfriends not wanting to get back togher but blocking efforts by other girls to get into sack with me.

I hear ya on the ex-girlfriend thing. The exact same thing has happened to me and an ex-girlfriend of mine. I was with this girl for three years. Met her in my last year of high school and dated her mid-way through college until she broke up with me. Since then, everytime I am seeing somebody new she pops back into my life and fucks it up for me.

That reminds me of some places where managers work out deals with hookers charging hourly rates for rooms and such. Or demand a cut to let them work there and provide some protection against law enforcement. But that's South America and shady shit like that happens all the time. Managers know why you're there so they find a way to profit from it, but I would just call that business as usual for places like that.
