I am 34 years old and a guy. I am an expat in europe so that maybe important. Last time dating apps worked for me was when I met my ex. Its been 7 years.
Dating apps dont seem to work for me anymore. Maybe the demand is much lower for a 34 year old guy.
I do not drink so I dont go to any bars.
I do not try to date women at my work.
I do not think its nice to approach women at the gym. I dont want to bother women working out.
I dont know how else to meet women for dating.
I drifted apart from my friends during the covid period. Its hard to make friends as an expat anyways.
I dont have many social activities but I am open to changing my behavior and start going outside more.
If possible please be specific in your advice.

Dating apps only work if you look good and/or are jacked + tall. You aren't even that old bro. Revamp your profile, get better pictures (I guarantee your current ones are garbage). It's dating apps or bust

- Learn to approach and strike conversations in places like parks, bookstores, shopping malls... (day game)
- Take dancing classes, yoga classes, tennis...
- If you need to build your confidence back after a painful breakup, go to SE Asia for a month and go on a rampage there
