I have a recent theory that a lot of game problems can be solved by just having a really really high sex drive.

Roosh also talks about this in some of his articles.

I'm looking for a way to significantly increase my sex drive so i can be super horny all the time.

I'm in my 20s so i would prefer to avoid anything i have to take with a needle but I'm open to pretty much anything else.

what has worked for you?

is there anything you do that consistently results in massive increase in sex drive?

One thing I've already experimented with a lot is nofap.

Nofap works to get me super horny but the results are very erradict and inconsistent.

Sometimes after 3 days of nofap im super horny.

Sometimes i will be on nofap for a few days and feel no sexual desire at all but then i fap and instantly feel super horny after fapping.

The results of nofap are very inconsistent and even after experimenting with it for years now, I still have no consistent system that works.

I'm currently also looking into some herbs that I've read can massively increase sex drive.

These herbs are avena sativa and stinging nettle root.

have any of you experimented with these herbs?

I already take 5000 units of vitamin d per day and have for like 5+ years.

Best thing you can do is take on projects where you are in control of the situation and (as a plus) other people. You'll find when you are leading and others are following, you'll have high T.

If you think about it, lifting, learning how to fight, becoming competent at things...are all forms of leadership, even if only over your own life.

unfortunately none of these things will boost sex drive to the level im talking about.

i lift heavy every week several times.

I've trained muay thai including heavy sparring in the past.

i sleep , take vitamin d, watch my diet, im lean...these are all basics

everyone knows this shiet

this shiet will get you normal sex drive

I do not think these things will take you to that level where you're uncontrollably horny that I'm looking for.

I think supplementation of some sort is needed to reach levels of sex drive where you're insanely/uncontrollably horny.

How far into your 40s are you?

I'm 41 this year and have had no problems with feeling horny and I have never had any kind of ED. I lift heavy weights three times per week, abstain 100% from cigarettes and alcohol, and have a reasonably healthy diet. I've experimented with some zinc supplements but don't take them consistently. Fapping and porn is cut down to almost zero (maybe once a month). Thankfully I haven't yet had to eat the little blue pill.

To the OP: Horniness is something that's going to go down no matter what you do as you get older, but in your 20s and 30s you should have no problems with this, unless you are a compulsive fapper.

Eat more meat as mentioned above. Especially fatty cuts - more saturated fat in general will modestly increase testosterone.

I have no experience with it myself, but perhaps hypnotism is what you’re actually after. Something you can listen to on repeat to allow it to sink into the subconscious mind, coupled with a trigger to get you into state.
