Minute Challenge (Building Good Habits)
So this is an idea that a friend and I have been troubleshooting. In practice I fell off the bandwagon but I think it has promise.

The Idea is essentially everyday do something valuable for 2 minutes. Everyday you increase another 2 minutes. If you add that up for a year that's over 12 hours. Essentially covers most your waking hours.

The positives of this is that

1) Bite sized so not overwhelming.
2) Build good habits.

Of course, not every waking moment is about habits so adjust accordingly.
