Incline barbell bench press what angle?

Newbie question.
incline barbell bench press what angle for chest workout.
15% or 30%
I know that 30% is max - above 30% it's more shoulders workout.
But still cannot find what is the best angle for incline bench press - chest workout.
Had a chat with PT's and to be honest they couldn't give me good answer.
What's your view on this topic?
Thanks' for any input.

My incline in the gym is fixed at 30% (I think). After each benching session I always feel nice upper pec stimulation. Unfortunately since I never benched incline less or more than 30% angle since it is like I said fixed, I just cannot offer my opinion what is the best angle. I just know it is good enough for me.

The best angle is a varied angle. Let me explain.
You can choose 15 degrees or 30 degrees, but what ends up happen is your body adapts to the stress being placed on the resulting musculature. Part of the reason we vary weight and rep schemes, and even exercises is to continue to enhance progressive overload over time, where you either move more weight, or move through a less mechanically advantageous position.
The mumbo jumbo aside: vary your incline. Do one cycle with a 15% incline and more weight, and then do the next cycle with 30% incline and less weight. Vary these over time and you will notice the greatest degree of upper body development. The stronger you are through multiple ranges of motion = the stronger you are overall.

15° is such a mild incline might as well just do flat bench in my opinion.
I do 30° incline BB bench and do 45° DB press.
