Can anyone recommend (as specific) as possible and as modern as possible, methods of diagnosing thoracic outlet syndrome (neurological - NTOS)?

Which MRI (contrast/other methods)?
Ultrasound?
Which nerves to test with ENG?
Etc?

Youtube’ll have plenty of videos demonstrating proper technique and what not.

This’ll give you an idea of where the impingement is, if there is one. Ask a gymbro if he can check for the pulse and pull your arm into position. After that it’s a matter of determining if it’s a cervical rib/bone structure causing the problem or just tight musculature - MRIis rock solid for that if it’s available.
