Common Phrases and Their Real Meaning

Transgender: a state of mental illness in which one imagines that one's sex is not reflected by the concavity or convexity between one's legs. Previous synoyms: crossdresser, hysteric, closet homosexual, degenerate, corrupter of children

Mental illness: What was once called crazy and was approached by removing the person from society and sequestering them in a controlled hospital environment. Currently approached either by allowing said mentally ill person to roam the streets and assert their illness is a socially acceptable way of interacting with the world, or alternatively by removing the person from society and sequestering them in a controlled prison environment for vastly longer than they would have been held in the hospital environment.

"I told my truth:" I told my lies, to everyone including myself. Rises out of postmodernist delusion that there is no such thing as objectivity, which even in the 1990s biologists and physicists were figuring out was no more real than Freudian Oedipal Complex.

Triggered: I'm incapable of participating in the marketplace of ideas. My opinions are poorly thought out and don't stand up to scrutiny, therefore I'll throw a tantrum.

Recenty the MSM has been equating socialism = full-blown Stalinist communism, replete with gulags and arbitrary executions

This one is interesting, and I'm no commie. I just think it's funny how they've spun it. Trump even mentioned it in his speech recently. Somehow the desire for affordable medicine and lower cost of living has become synonymous with communism. I'm sure Paracelsus can break it down better than I can. It was an ingenious stroke by the ruling class in my opinion.
