How do you keep up with intense period of activity?

This year looks promising but I've never been busier. I'm putting full thrusters on my personal projects, has a lot of work at my full time job, invest a lot of time in my new social circles, and have to seize a lot of dating opportunities before they go cold.

For the last 2 weeks I'm literally always running from one place to another and juggling dozens of calls and rendez-vous everyday. The best thing is they get me really excited and focused, and having a full schedule makes me much more outcome independent when it comes to girls.

However my body is barely keeping up. I have to put the gym on full hold, eat quick meals and the excitement and stress make it harder to sleep. The incessant multi-tasking also drive me crazy. Not going to the gym makes me really irritated but when I do find time to go I have no strength.

The first thing to do in these kinds of situations is priority management, but I really believe that I can't afford to cut any of these. Opportunities are rolling in as never seen before, I've never learned so much in just 2 weeks and frankly I'm happier. I did a purge of my social circle and decided that I want and need to hang out with my good friends more, and that makes us all very happy, but it's still efforts. With girls, you know about "when the iron is hot"

I think I'm drinking a lot these days, both because Im going out more and it keep me leveled, but we all know this is not the solution.

Any advice from RVF overachievers club? Appreciate it

How old are you, how much sleep are you getting per night, and what is your diet like?

How do you keep up with intense period of activity?

Late 20s, I usually get around 8-9 hours of sleep (which is what I need to feel awake) but lately I'm lucky if I get 7h. I pretty much do a keto diet but with slightly higher carbs intake: lots of meat , eggs and chicken for protein, carbs from white rice and egg noodles, and fruits to top off.

Been through many periods where it's burning on all fronts or just lots of different stuff to get through. To get through them without burning out you absolutely need to exercise, sleep enough and eat healthy. Meditation - introducing time slots in your hectic day with 'nothing-ness', is something you also can benefit greatly from.

Little exercise, junk food, little sleep and a mind that is always 'running' = burn out

You have to allocate your effort to the top priorities in your plan.

There have been times when I drop the health ball to stack cash.

Forget about dating as I make money and get back my fitness.

Forget about work while I bang woman and have a holiday.

Trying to keep all those eggs in the air is going to lead to one being dropped, or all of them being half assed.

This.
Women aren't the only ones who think they can "have it all".
We men generally don't have enough energy/hours to do EVERYTHING we think we're entitled to.
Fitness, making money, women, keeping good relationships with friends/family. The big 4 areas of life. If you can juggle 3 day-to-day, my hat is off to you. Most of us can only handle 2 at a time.

I believe that the most important is to keep workout at least at some level, that is still above zero. If you have busy period, you don´t need to destroy yourself every day, but at least doing something every third day is must-do.
When you come at the evening totally exhausted and see yourself resting in bed with some junk food, go run into cold night instead. You will be really surprised, how you energy level will actually increase, even though body would be physically tired.

Jocko Willink has good point on this: If you are tired and think you need a rest today, go and exercise anyway. One more day you will survive. And if you feel the same need for rest tomorrow, then rest tomorrow.

As said in previous post. It´s hard to keep all the balls in the air. I am currently dealing with only two balls. One is main work and the second is fitness. I can come at home from work at midnight, but I do at least something anyway. I hope since next week main work will be less time demanding, so I will add some girls and hopefully some side project, finally. But I wouldn´t choose anything above fitness, because it´s the source of inner power to do whatever and the main reason of my atractivness for girls.

Thanks for chiming in folks. I manage to get a breather starting this week.

Coming back to the gym feels like going through revival protocol. My performance went to shit but the after-effect and libido boost certainly help keep me grounded.

What I'll try next time when it's too busy to go to the gym is incorporating a morning workout routine when I get up. Back in my younger and healthier days I used to do 75 push ups / sit ups each morning and I had a lot more energy back then.

My dates have lately gone blank because I simply have no energy nor motivation when I see the girls. Definitely have to decide on priorities because our energies and more importantly our emotions are finite. It's just hard to let the opportunities slip by when dem hoes all coming 'round during the busiest weeks of the year.

Not drinking alcohol has increased my energy levels and productivity, being hungover is not conducive to getting shit done so if you're drinking after work or on weekends to take the edge off then consider giving it up for ahwile.
