I think there's possibly a few different elements here. Maybe the first thing you need to look at is whether or not you're putting it down good enough in the bedroom. I was once told by a carpet installer that "if you lay a carpet right the first time, you can walk all over it for years".
If there's nothing wrong with that part of your game then it probably comes down to the rapport you're building pre-bang and/or post bang.
In relation to texting - I'm probably very different to a lot of people on this forum whereby I strictly ONLY text with girls. The main reason for this is that, I don't want chicks ringing me when I'm with other chicks. And I think texting is way more convenient in relation to not requiring undivided attention, being able to turn off notifications when with chicks etc. (I was in a relationship for 5 years where we only communicated through texts... phone calls would consist of "I'm outside").
As it seems like other suggestions haven't worked for you (unsure if you've tried?), I'd suggest calling the girl a devil on your first meeting with her (you said you meet 99% through online... maybe use it within your initial texting)... I usually go for something like "I was a little confused first as you have this innocent smile but these devil eyes. Then i remembered what Tony Montana says... the eyes chico, they never lie". FYI - I'm in Southern Europe so they never know what Tony Montana says, and who the fuck he is but it doesn't matter cos we now have a running "joke/thing". So you can then use the "Devil" to incorporate into texts. It's not a beta pet name because of what you're calling her (a "devil") implies. Use the devil in occasional messages... do not overuse it.
Additionally when texting, small talk is boring but slightly fundamental (but repeat boring) - so try to make it as funny/engaging as possible. Send pictures of food/desserts - e.g. if you know she loves sushi and you're having it. Take a pic and send (send same pics to all the chicks on the roster) - these things engage conversation rather than "just eating lunch". When girls can see the food, they'll visualise eating it (if it looks appetising) and because you sent the pic, they'll visualise it with you.
Try the Devil thing and food thing - let me know how you get on. We can help you extrapolate that out further if needs be. The general concept in texting is be funny and engaging but not always available.
