Mayor of Gdansk Stabbed to Death on Live TV During Charity Event

"The attacker was heard on stage saying: ‘I sat innocent in prison, I sat innocent in prison. Civic Platform tortured me, and that’s why Adamowicz is dead.’ Adamowicz was a member of the pro-European Civic Platform party but left to fight local elections as an independent. He has been mayor of Gdansk since 1998. "

Pawel Adamowicz, the mayor of the Polish city of Gdansk, was stabbed to death by an ex-convict, during an annual charity event. The attack was recorded live.

Apparently security was so lax (read nonexistent) that the perp was able to run on stage and stab the mayor several times, then took up the microphone and ranted at the audience for about half a minute before anyone even realized what had happened.

Fuck that guy. Just look at his Soi Boi face:

He's a socialist liberal globalist and very pro-gay and immigration. The only reason he was elected was because Gdansk caters to Western European tourists. Also, Gdansk is home to several major German companies, such as Lufthansa Systems. Poland is one of the last safe nations to live in in Europe and its guys like him that are trying to fuck it up.

Hey mate, I'm just bringing up the story. I don't know enough to comment on Polish politics other than my wife dislikes Kaczynski and probably blames him for it.

I'm more interested in the security aspect and how easy it is to just fucking stab a politician or public official in the middle of a crowded event that should be secure.

I'll leave the false-flag theories to those who are more informed.

No, he died around 2 PM local time (I am now in Poland).
They talk about him a lot on the radio and TV at the moment, and it seems that even though he was a kind of corrupt (he bought for himself and his family around 10 apartments from the city in which he held office, bought with a discount, of course; since 2014 was almost continuously under investigation for tax crimes, most recently for ~ 40000 euro not paid in tax... in short, Al Capone style), on the other hand he actually got things done, was a kind of maecenas, put a lot of city money into culture... Festivals all the time etc... His governing style was patronage, he tried to turn everyone into his "client"; the downside, of course, was that those who did not want to be "clients" turned into enemies. He was ruling in Gdańsk since 1998, already 20 years, he was almost the king of the city; his opponent in the last elections run under "Let's make politics ALIVE again" slogan.
The guy who stabbed him, claimed to be his victim, unjustly convinced because of his minions, and tortured (?) too. Be that as it may, he was his personal enemy as it seems for now. It could be, even if criminal investigations against Adamowicz himself were conducted by Poznań procuratura (District Attorney), a city 400 km away from Gdańsk, a normal person cannot ask "I don't want the matter investigated by the local law enforcement". In Germany, for example, it is completely impossible, in any case, to move the matter for investigation to other district - no wonder officially there is almost no white collar crime in Germany (there is, but everything is squashed).
Make of that what you want.

What is important is that he was a close, old friend of Donald Tusk, coming from the same city and the party... so this assault will be surely seen as politically motivated by Tusk party (Civic Platform), and maybe even as a vicarious attack on Tusk himself.

It could be a total accident but it will surely give rise to a lot of talk about "serious political violence" in Poland, like we are Syria or something.
We already have a couple "Syrian Observatory for Human Rights"-like initiatives in Poland, with names like "Observatory of Public Debate" etc.
I took notice that "Guardian" and Bloomberg have picked the event very fast, usually Polish politics stays in Poland.... But not this time.

On the other hand, we just got seriously trashed by Iran, for organizing Syria conference in Warsaw, and by China, for arresting a Huawei manager for espionage in Poland.

The net effect of all those 3 events at the same time is that Poland is being pushed into open arms of USA, and only of USA

Most mayors of big cities in Poland are globohomos, unfortunately. Most Polish people who live in them are liberal-minded and pro Euro. You need to go to the small towns and villages to find PiS voters.

Do you think him being stabbed to death will help or hurt the Right's cause in Poland? I can't imagine it will help.

This seems like a pretty shortsighted response. We don't want Lefties going around stabbing right-wing politicians in response. Steve Scalise was shot. Rand Paul was assaulted. The left is more unhinged than the right imo, so I'd prefer not to encourage this.

A few years ago, a film was made in Poland, "Układ zamknięty" (The Closed Circuit), whose plot was revolving around illegal arrangement between law enforcement and authorities that want to have their way, and - Surprise, Surprise! - its action took place in Gdańsk. Now it looks kind of prescient...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Closed_Circuit
Again, make of this what you want.

As for the coincidence of 3 events - Adamowicz murder, MENA conference in Warsaw, the arrest of Huawei manager - it is interesting to notice that sometimes both your allies and enemies may wish to have some disaster happened to you; allies so you would like them even more, enemies, so they could more easily beat you.
Similar constellation of affection, of much more hot affection, of course, appeared between USA and Saudis after Kashoggi murder.
Well, it is one of these dark "Aha" moments you may wish to have never happened to you. Red pill has definitely an awful taste!

Anyway, the official story in regard to the perpetrator as it has been developing today is that he be "crazy" and two psychiatrists are already taking care of him. Rather obvious damage control, I would say, with the aim of protecting against "political murder" charge. He was already in prison previously, and he wasn't crazy at that time.

The perp seemed to be an ex-con. Most of those are strongly nationalistic.

This incident is another "fuck the optics" kind of thing readily abused by the media to push the globohomo-narrative.

As for the voting block - it's a mixed bag. The overwhelming majority even of the brainwashed younglings are very much anti-mass-migration. Voting for the PIS party is another thing, because it's connected to other issues, but it's not only the old people who are voting for them.

Still - the globalists never give up and they will change the party over time I am sure. Currently it's mostly the finances which are preventing mass migration.

And the true string-pulling globalists don't give a rat's ass how many politicians get killed.

Why? [Image: huh.gif] I think the Kebabs will have enough German whores to rape even without adding another city into the equation. Germany should be good for raping and pillaging for at least the next 50 years, once they're done with it maybe we can talk again about "Danzig" but for now we good.

As for this globohomo mayor, wasn't it American Founding Fathers who said "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of traitors?" Ok, maybe not exactly that but personally I like this version better. Like Patton said, it's best have the enemy die for his cause rather than the other way around.

Well, all globohomism of the victim aside, it seems it was just a random crazy and that neither right nor left will be able to make much out of it. Probably the biggest effect will be on security for politicians in Poland.
