Bugmen write long, overwritten posts praising technology!, gentleness, coziness and comfort and would describe the man in that video as masculine. They are indifferent to antiquity and posterity. They can equate the beauty of the pacific ocean to the fact that it seems tamed, not the fact that it is wild and natural, untameable. If you suggest that the millions of tonnes of plastic in the ocean is a bad thing they will say that you hate humans, because their own human comfort and the avoidance of any form of suffering is their main aim in life.
