As i was traveling in the recent years (for sort period of time) i have come to notice few things, Right now i am 29yo looking alright. I quit my job and i can travel few years without working with the investments i made.

When i traveled to certain countries places, like Amsterdam or Moscow, i noticed that girls always ask if i am tourist or not.
Amsterdam for instance is bombs by tourists(Almost all year long), So i am sure the local girls there are being annoyed in Tinder.
Now, I do get confused a lot by it, Because i do feel some girls prefer to fuck a tourist as ONS or someone that is there for short period of time because they There is no slut shaming.

on the other hand, I feel there are many girls that will only talk to you if you are there not just for short period of time, and that leaded me that i need to come with a cover story, its funny because i heard this from one my AirBnb guest, amazing guy and a very good looking German guy - who told all the girls he is a pilot, lol, he was looking good and fit and hell yeah he had the pilot look, even though he looked like a 10, he still had to lie to girls about his Status - which made me realize that is true - many girls judge on status).

What i used to tell girls that i am CEO of digital company bla bla and im in here in town to open a new brench of the Company.
some girls asked the name of the company, so i made me realized that it will be even better to make a site for it(Trash site), as i am IT it can take me about 10 make something like that.

But there are few problems - Sometimes when i was in hostel, i talked to girls before they say me on Tinder, and one came to me and said that on Tinder i am someone else, when on face to face i actully told her true, that i am just a guy who earned alot of manny in high-tech jobs and invested it and now livs on it. most girls dont look on it as "somthing" that actully do not understand how i did it, but it does not metter, because i am not a CEO or some pilet. It happend more then once that you talk to girl then she sees you on some online dating calming to be something else.

When i wrote CEO on tinder, it made me realize that woman do put huge attention to Status, which is very sad.

I only tried it little short of time, but i am going to travel for year now, so i want to come up with better good story.

So my question is as follows:
1) When you travel to new city (Do you say you are tourist, or you are there for long time)
2) If you say you there long time, what is your cover story.

If you are taking a round the world tour and only hitting each place once then your cover is as big a lie you feel comfortable getting away with.

If by "travel" you mean you have a stomping ground that is, about 10 million square kilometres or so (like, a 1500km radius from a base of operations) then you can cycle through various places and return to hit up the same chicks on occasion.

For me, my job actually involved weekend (sometimes full week) jaunts here and there and I could use the excuse that I was travelling for business if I wanted to return for another drink at the well or kick at the can. "Promotional work" and "business liaison" worked as a good description. Claiming you are a CEO is not a good extended cover because they may want to check out "your" operation.

There are other covers that can take more work to establish and you need to have some personal interest and knowledge in fields like cinema, travel, food. Another possibility is something obscure that tends to have a lot of trade shows here and there.

The other option is to simply stay within your travel radius, make knowvbones about being a traveller, and avoid the term "tourist".
