Our workaround in the west is to let low level incel male staff, and 20 something female staff interview and pick the co-op students (interns).

There was a study why there are less women in certain fields here in Germany. First of all, a lot of women don't study the fields that are required. Second is, when those few women that are skilled and even pretty are left, they don't pass the HR department. So the actual Team leader, Manager etc. not even see the application of this woman.

The HR department women are a vipers, like said before. They do not want competition of a hot or even skilled and hot woman. The glass cell is real, but its not made by men, its by women that hold other women down. Not to mention that a hot woman can chose other ways then get eaten alive in a 50 to 80 hours high position job.

That is a legitimate concern, but I don't think it's an insurmountable one. First off, since you're the one running the office, not the naive brainwashed nerds, you're the one that decides whether video cameras are running or not. Guess which way this boss chooses?

Since conventional HR is even more worthless than usual for this stuff, you would just avoid them completely (which is occasionally done in highly technical fields where HR people just wouldn't understand what you need anyway.)

The whole thing is framed as a "Women in Tech" support program, "Lean in" and all that other bullshit, which gives you a lot more cover (and, comically, will probably do it's cover story better than feminazi programs just by harnessing natural human impulses instead for futiley fighting against them.). You're not expecting to get a lot of legitimate work out of them anyway, you're couching it as a learning opportunity, and coding is a field where people can break in young with "bootcamps" that are independent of the college indoctrination/greivance industry, or just straight up competence in the field

You bring them in at 18 before they have a chance to be indoctrinated. You ask about hobbies and volunteer work, church is OK, any support of any portion of the grievance industry doesn't get you hired. It's OK to play dirty, and voice support of radical positions and see if they take the bait etc.

You read the guys a crazy riot act before it starts, but actually operate off of a more practical guide for behavior, and never let the women get a whiff of the ideas you spread among the guys about how they can be fired for ANY impropriety. If guys tend to be 2 steps more aggressive than the rules they're give, you simply tell them the rules are two steps more restrictive than what you actually need.

The internship is "completed" at the end of every summer. They're encouraged to apply for a new one if you like them, but it avoids issues of having to fire the people that don't work out.

And don't forget, ideally, the women are working for rockstars in a field they love, at an age where everyone is enthusiastic, BEFORE they've been contaminated by a culture of hate. A lot of it is just letting nature take it's course instead of having feminazis pervert it.

In Japan during the 80s (not sure how it is now), it used to be that the corporations would hire girls right out of college and put them into secretarial and other service-related positions with the unspoken expectation that their bosses would find them a suitable match among their male coworkers within a few years.
