Anyone live in Estonia?
10-04-2018, 07:19 PM
I am considering buying a house/condo there as the prices are crazy low. I've heard nothing but great things about Estonia for the most part. Anyone on the board live there and maybe can fill me in how it is for game/life and as a base for traveling more?

never been but I met a dozen or so estonian girls and there all 9+'s and more receptive than normal. That also comes with a 5% AIDS rate there so strap up your weapon, sir

Maybe 10-35k. I saw you can buy some decent properties their in the main city for cheap prices but nice houses.
To the person that said it has only a 5% HIV rate, I think I can say its much more prevalent in the states than it is over there.

How cold are we talking? Also, are the women more Spanish looking/white blonde nordish type look or something else? Also have immigration raped the country or have they been like Poland in terms of that?
Also how is it in terms of tourism? I was thinking about buying it out right then probably doing some AirBNB. I read online too that you don't need a permanent citizens visa to stay there/buy a place.

It used to be cheap there. I am hopefully changing jobs soon and I am going to buy some land on one of the islands, in Estonia. I like it there.

You can actually get a decent place in Estonia for 10-35k? How much would you pay for a modern, centrally located 2br apartment?

Just google homes/condos for sale in Estonia and you'll see A LOT from price range of 10-15k up to 40-50k for a nice place. Ive seen plenty for sale in central Tallinn that are 2br/2bath or around there that are nice for around 25k USD which I'm sure you can negotiate it down. @Rawgod
