Supplements for healthy life style: Curcumin, Resveratrol, Theanine
10-02-2018, 08:28 AM
I'm already taking Omega 3, D vitamin, Magnesium and multivitamn. I would like to try to take something else like: Resveratrol, Curcumin and Theanine.
Resveratrol seems having super properties anti aging, brain and eyes health etc, Curcumin approximately the same.
Resveratrol and Curcumin have benefits if taken together. I have heard also that resveratrol can also inhibit aromatase enzyme.
Does everyone have any experiences with those supplements, positive effects from them and dosage?

Nobody wants to help because you're lazy. There numerous supplement threads on this forum. Use the search feature.
This is from Chris Rock "I used to have horrible cars that would always end up broken down on the highway. When I tried to flag someone down, nobody stopped. But if I pushed my own car, other drivers would get out and push with me. If you want help, help yourself - people like to see that."

Since you are so laborious. Find some threads about resveratrol here that say something about effects and dosages.
Please don’t write anymore in my threads again. If you want just put the links threads you are talking about to prove you are right and I wasn’t able to find them.

OP, a lot of the questions you ask are going to be best addressed by seeing a naturopath and getting blood work done. Most of us are not qualified to give dosage recommendations, much as we'd like to. Everyone is different. Starting with blood work is really the only way to know you're not going to create an imbalance. I did this, and was able to make diet and lifestyle adjustments accordingly.
FYI, black pepper is reported to improve bioavailability of curcumin, the most essential active ingredient of turmeric.
