I never realized the power of a good neg at the right time until a few weeks ago, check out THIS roissy article. I've been meeting a lot of international girls lately and I have a few good ones to get non-local girls to lower their bitch shield.

Anyways, picture this scenario. Let's say you're at a bar/lounge/club. You've been in line for the past half hour, you're not talking to the people around you, and your buzz/energy level is in a downward spiral. As soon as you get inside you start talking to the first couple of girls you see to get your flow going. There is a pair of them looking at you, 7/8ish, poor English. They both have inflated egos from lame guys hitting on them all night. In the past I would just keep talking in the off chance that she would ping on something I said and we could get the ball rolling. But I figured out that you can speed up the entire process by peppering the conversation with a subtle neg early on to bring them back to reality. Something like...


"how old are you? because i notice girls from (her country) usually look a few years older than their true age"

"do all the girls in (country) have as deep a voice as you?"

North Asian girls
"Your accent sounds (her country) but you look philipino"

South American girls
"Is it as dirty in (country) as they make it look on tv. I don't know if I could live in a place like that"

We can speculate all we want, but until you field-test these negs, it's hard to tell whether they work well or not.
I imagine some girls might be sensitive on the home country pride thing, so calling it dirty may backfire.
But please share after you have field-tested.

You'll scare off by faaaaaaaaaaar more girls than you'll ever attract, and to make it even sadder, most of the girls you'll scare away will be those who are actually more open to your advances (i.e. you had more of a chance for a good, 'problemless' flow with).

I'm from a dirty 3rd world country hermano, it's not a big deal to call it dirty. Canada is boring. If I meet a girl from Canada tonight that's what I'm telling her. Will that offend her? I think I'd have to agree with you here, teasing people about things which they had no choice in is, well, was going to say lowest form of flattery, but it's far from.

Same goes with talking politics; totally unimaginative.

How about doing some research on the other culture, and making convo along the lines of:

I was living with a flatmate who was from X, he/she had this knack of Y, it made me laugh with intrigue because i found it funny/weird etc, is it a X thing?

Unlearn negs, they're counterproductive. If you need to diss a country, do it in good humor to a 3rd party country, neither yours nor hers. For example, if you're in Argentina, make fun of Brazil. If you're in England, make fun of Australia.

Like I said. Not asking for advice bro. Sounds like a few of you guys could use some of my advice, though.

On that note. I was talking to this chick yesterday on my way to meet up with some buddies. Indirect opener at a traffic light, asked her where the bar was. Said she didn't know. I asked her what she was listening to and she says some audio entrepreneurial book, sounded like a good read. Neg#1-"really? that sounds a little boring walking around listening to audio books. do you do this all the time?". She spent the next couple minutes trying to explain the book to me. This chick was smoking by the way8/9, track runner, blonde, hipster glasses, black tights.

We talk a little more and I find out she grew up on the beach. Neg#2-"I find that most people who grow up on the beach are kind of lazy, but you don't really seem that way. reading audio books and all."

That sent her into explanation mode. She started telling me about her mba program and applications to lawschool. She gave me a lot of ammunition, but I decided to settle on Neg#3-"Yeah, I don't know if I could do an mba program. It's such a huge gamble." I followed up by telling her she seemed like a go getter and that it would probably be good for her.

We talk a little more but by that point she was pretty much compliant to whatever came out of my mouth. I tried for an insta-date, she was down but her little brother was in town. Got her number instead and she texted me out of the blue around 1030pm yesterday asking me if I want a beer next week in her neighborhood. My prediction is that she and I will fux within the next two weeks. But I have been wrong before.
