I was thinking about something earlier, how a guy's relaxation level around women is a good indicator of his inner game quality.

It's something I'm working into my game more and more, simply being in the moment, using humour and silliness as a way to portray ZFG.

Why so important? Well it shows strongly how few CPU cycles you need to devote to thinking about how to portray yourself. Such behaviour is extremely difficult for guys who have poor inner game.

I've even met some guys with good outer game & appearance, who fail shit tests just because they need to think so much about how to respond to it. When in doubt, laugh off her stupid questions and tests and just make a joke or reframe to talk about whatever you want.

What techniques do you guys use to portray your relaxation level? Have you reached the level of flow where it isn't even conscious anymore?

Avoiding approval seeking behaviour is always a good one.

Little things like:
- Not always answering a question
- Not giving explanations for behaviour or explaining yourself
- Keeping a good frame and not leaning in too much
- Operate in an environment where you feel relaxed, and feeling relaxed in different environments, being able to play chameleon based on the situation.
- Operate with a sense of humour, keep it light with chicks, have a good time and get laid.
- When youre not in a good state, (eg. preoccupied things, tired, bad mood) Take your time and rest. See her when you're on your game.
- Make sure you look good, being put together and healthy adds confidence.
- If you're afraid to lose her... you will, whether its a cold approach or a girlfriend the rule applies.
- Treating a hot girl "better" doesn't work, you have to be more on your game iand you might need more money because of the competition.
- Guys who don't have a good single life on the go will always have trouble because they start to need the chick or want her too fast rather than letting her follow you. This is why guys lose the girls they really want, that in they are stretching their limits

- Best to put the little pressures on the chick to present well and keep her game up too. - - Chicks like being noticed (like anyone). I say make them feel like you are both hot together. Rather than them being the hot one.
- Ask them about their dress, notice their earings, reinforce when she acts feminine, or the gym by telling them they look sexy when they workout.
- When she is happy following you around and believes what you say to be gospel you are in a good spot.
-You have to consider yourself the prize.

As the relationship advances, the shit tests will grow. If you're doing well she will be worried about pissing you off with her shit test drama and just enjoy herself and make sure you are happy too and you're both having a good time together.

Pass the shit test and it will make her horny. Always be the boss, even in little ways. It sets the tone for if you fail a little shit test her and there. I had a girl once who was coming over for dinner and told me what I should cook, I told her it wasn't a restaurant and she will eat what I cook. Later she confessed it made her wet. Naturally that was a good sign.

Obvious facts of game always seem like huge, deep revelations when you experience them for the first time.

Yeah it's funny how different their brains work sometimes. The pimp hand, which would be offensive to a guy, ends up being a turn on to a girl. I was always raised to be very supernice to women and give them lots of respect.. which turns out to be shitty advice in PU.

Of course. Until you experience it yourself it's just an abstract concept with no impact. I was previously playing on 'easy mode' and wrote off the shit testing girls as 'stupid bitches' when actually, their behaviour has a purpose and there's a reason for all of it.
